Quick Note from CMC (in person!) on Day 13

Sorry I haven't been able to keep in touch but the internet has been spotty here recently.

I have been keeping notes and will fill in the details in the next few days. Today, though, I received my first blood transfusion. It was the Red. My hemoglobin had dropped below the threshold that requires it, so that's how it goes. So know I may officially declare myself a vampire. (According to my established canon, if you both given and received blood your in. No dying or biting stuff.)

I realize that many of our lady followers might immediately think of Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, or Robert Pattinson, but I'd suggest a better image might be Al Lewis.

    BTW - a little know fact is that Spot was built from a T-Rex model but he is still the "scaredy cat" dragon we fondly remember.

    Does that make me Ophelia? Sounds like you are feeling somewhat better. Ready visitors? I will have to wait a couple of days as have been felled by the flu over the last few days.

    If you have to imbibe then Red is definitely the way to go and also my favourite ... more full bodied that the white stuff. As for the vampire set you might have heard that Johnny Depp has tossed his cape into the coffin with his latest film?? LOL Al Lewis.... don't think you are quite 'there' yet. Glad to see you posting again. Since this is my first post I am going to sign as 'the other corner office'

    Hopefully the worst is over and you are now going into up phase. It's just a bummer when you can't be bothered but you're not unique as all our family has only red blood. Lol scotspain
